Abstract Bare Earth DEM for Oklahoma as of August 1, 2016. Coverage is still lacking the panhandle, Oklahoma, Cleveland and Ottawa counties plus small areas along the Red River and in Ellis county. This coverage was created from DEM data provided from NRCS, USGS and FEMA over several years from 2009-2017. Some of the early NRCS data is QL3 while later data is QL2. Some of the data from the Tulsa area is QL1.
Purpose The primary purpose is to provide users bare earth data for a wide variety of studies and applications.
